RETURN POLICY
You are entitled to return any product ordered via the website www.goldfieldandbanks.com within 10 days following the date of receipt, and subject to the following terms and conditions:
1 - Please send an email to Goldfield and Banks’ Customer Service: info@goldfieldandbanks.com Let us know if you prefer your items to be exchanged or returned.
2 - All orders placed within conditions of receiving our current Gift With Purchase promotion are valid for regular returns. If you opt for a refund for your return, your Gift With Purchase item(s) must also be returned in unopened condition. If you decide to return an item without returning the Gift With Purchase item(s), our standard returns policy will be void.
3 - Items must be returned to the below address in their original condition, sealed, together with the printed invoice.
