Received a sample and knew straight away who would enjoy this and in time for a birthday too! Feel this is quite unisex and rapt I tried this when I did.

I first tried this on a sunny day and it was magical at first. Fruity, fresh and aromatic with a hint of sweetness. But the more I wear it, the more I find there is a heaviness that gives me a headache. It could be the fig note. It’s a beautiful perfume but there’s something about it that’s a bit brash and unrefined, sometimes it smells a bit like a cheap men’s aftershave. I really wanted to love this and even bought the 10ml travel size but just don’t find myself reaching it for it.
